Updates: Gmail, Circuit City, & beware of raptors
Today brings a small batch of updates from previous posts:
- In response to the update on setting up Gmail with your domain name, reader KA points out that Google Apps isn’t just for sole proprietors, families, and other small businesses with only a handful of employees; it scales well for larger businesses, too. While migrating an enterprise domain to Gmail a bit more of a project, the Google Apps Email Migration API was built for just this purpose.
- When I first mentioned the Circuit City opportunity for small business owners, the discounts were still rather anemic. Happily—for our purposes, if not theirs—liquidation prices have begun to drop.
- On a final, silly note, some of you were amused by the zombie-themed road sign prank from the last Weekly Links round-up. For better or for worse, hacked roadsigns are becoming a trend:

My friend PS says the hackers deserve some style points, at least, as they could just as easily have filled the sign with f-bombs…
